1962-1964 resided in Belarus Stangkovo Town, MinskRegion.
     1964-1968 – resided in Leningrad (now St.Petersburg).
     1968-1973 – resided in Yashma Station, Sumgait Region, now Azerbayjan.
     1973-1978 –resided in Bela-under-Bezdez, near Mlada-Boleslav City, Czechia
     1978-1980 – resided in Sambor City, Lvov Region, now Ukraine.
     1980-1985 - cadet of Radiotechnical Department of the Novorossiysk Higher Marine Engineering School (now Novorossiysk State Maritime Academy).  Since 1983 got fond of Science and for 2 years was a Chairman of Scientific Society of NHMES cadets. In 1985 for own development of the principal model of human memory got a positive reference form Sc.Dr. O. S. Andrianov, the Director of the Institute of Brain, USSR Medical Sciences Academy. My graduation dyploma project was dedicated to the "Shipboard Device for Identification, Dyagnostics and Impacting Biologically Active Areas on Human Body", I was certified as Radiotechnical Engineer and obtained a Certificate of Competence "Second Class Radio Operator of Merchant Marine Ships" and got recommendation entitling to proceed in post-graduate studies .
    In Summer 1985 I was directed to be employed with the Soviet Danube Shipping Company in Izmail, Odessa Region and started working as a Radio Officer at the sea-going ships from September 3, 1985. During my work I visited ports of almost all the ports of the Mediterranean and the Red Sea. In 1989 I was promoted for employment on board cruise ships. I worked on ships servicing Danube cruise line Izmail - Belgrad - Budapest - Bratislava- Vienna. In 1992-99 I was employed with river self-propelled ships at Izmail - Linz, Austria, line service.
    In 2000 graduated from the Navigation Department of Kherson Maritime College and obtained the Certificate of Competence as a Coast Service Navigator and License entitling to be employed with the river ships trading at the Danube River. ? 
    In 2001 was employed on a part-time basis with Izmail Maritime Training Centre as a Software Designer Engineer, participated in developing the Internet-based remote training and seafarers' certification system.   
    In April 2002 I was promoted as a Deputy Head of Emergency Situations, Ship Security, and Techno-Ecological Safety of Ukrainian Danube Shipping Company. 
    On March 21, 2003 organized the enthusiasts to establish a public organization "Innovation Projects Support Association" in Izmail City, Odessa Region, Ukraine 
   On July 01, 2003 was elected a a Board Chairman of the Association at the first General Meeting.
    Master English and German within the scope of  common communication, read, translate with dictionary, almost freely understand the speech in any Slav language.
    My hobbies: during1983-1990 was fond in alpinism and rocks-climbing. The top achievement Elbruss Mountain, the Caucasus,  - 5.400 meters (due to bad weather the ascension was cancelled and emergency descent to the value level was undertaken), wood-carving, universal systems of global perception, creation and programming usful sites .
